Frequently asked questions
We have a minimum 12 piece order. If you would like to order less than 12 pieces, we will still be charging our base cost for 12 pieces.
If you are decorating shirts, you can pick from multiple styles to make up the 12 pieces. As long as the artwork is the same across all garments, some can be hoodies, t-shirts or long sleeve etc. We would love for you to beat our maximum order size to date of 100k. Please keep in mind that the cost per unit is lower when you buy more, and higher when you buy less.
Please contact us via email with as much detail about your order as you can.
Image of artwork / logo, how many colours you need printed, what location(s), what style of garment, how many pieces, what your deadline is.
The more information you can give us, the more accurate the estimate will be.
We aim to have orders completed within 11-14 business days. With that being said, we have finished orders within 48 hrs depending on the time of year.
Larger orders may take longer. All order timelines are discussed at time of order placement.
If you require a quicker turn around, we do accept rush orders – please contact customerservice@adcstore.ca
We can usually work with any image that you have.
We prefer files that are:
300dpi or higher quality
PSD, PDF, EPS, AI
If you do not have a high quality image, we can produce a vector file for a small fee.
For those interested in text only, please let us know if you have a specific font in mind!

If your files are too large to email, please upload them to a cloud based service and email us the link. You can also visit our shop in person with a USB and we can take it from there.
Remember that it is super helpful if when sending us files to name and organize them… so we know what each file is for. Ie. Stag_shirt_front.pdf, Stag_shirt_back.pdf

Due to our proofing system and the fact that we don’t touch any item before you are totally happy – being unhappy with the finished product never happens.
